Sadly, Westies turn up abandoned in shelters every day. Bringing a dog into your family is a decision that requires thoughtful consideration. Becoming a responsible dog owner means a commitment of time, care and attention. Veterinary visits, proper nutrition, grooming, and training are all part of responsible pet ownership. Don’t buy a dog on impulse. Owning a dog is a lifelong commitment.
From a puppy to an adult, your dog will always need care and attention.
The West Highland White Terrier Club of Northern Ohio is committed to rescuing Westies and placing them in loving, permanent homes.
