• Beef Tenderloin 6 oz. with House Steak Glaze
• Seared Airline Breast of Chicken with a Honey, Sage Glaze (Breast and Wing Attached)
• Thai Glazed Atlantic Salmon
• Pretzel Crusted Trout with Whole Grain Mustard Butter Sauce

Option to add Shrimp or Scallops to your entrée for an additional $12.00

All entrees include fresh rolls, salad, starch, and seasonal vegetable.  Included Beverage service is soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Special Blue Canyon dessert.

Bar service will be a cash bar.

Price:  $32.00 per person for an entrée, (Includes tax & tip)
